These are the first words of the liner notes. Often enought odd time signatures seem to be the means to prove the musicians' abilities to play neck-breaking stuff in complicated settings. This, however, really isn't the case here. Odd time signatures, yes, of course, but Thomas Steffen effortlessly (at least, so it seems) is holding on to the relaxed mood, that seems to be his trademark - a remarkable feat!
